Emma fell asleep last night with her hands interlocked. It was too cute! She is doing unbelievably better...something clicked last Wednesday and it's like we have a new baby. Her reflex is much improved and she is sleeping so much more. We didn't realize how much her reflux was affecting her ability to sleep, poor little thing. Adam, Lynn, and Noah all came to NC last week and through the weekend. Lynn took tons of pictures...I will post a few of them when she sends them, but until then you can look at Noah's website for a sneak peek! (http://www.hey-noey.blogspot.com/)

Bath Time

Ahhh, more embarrassing pictures that will cause Emma to hate her parents at the age of 13. Emma is continuing to do better with her reflux (yippee!!). In fact so well that we were able to give her a full fledged bath in the sink (before it has been sponge baths at rapid speed with her screaming at her parents). I don't think Emma really liked it, but she at least was neutral... :)

Baby Einstein

Emma and her Dad watched Baby Einstein for the first time. Emma was captivated...Dad was captivated at how simple it was and that the lady who designed it made millions off of it (ahhh, what a finance degree does to one...)








We are having a good day! We figured out how to better give Emma her medicine, so hopefully this will make a difference.










Emma was thinking about meeting her cousin Noah...she's excited!

Pharmacy

We went to the pharmacy today and after I came out with Emma's medicine, this is what I saw. Everyone cashed out.

A True Smile

We finally got a true smile captured on the camera! Emma has been fussy/crying/screaming so much due to her reflux that we rarely see her just happy. BUT, this morning she was for around 5 minutes! It made me so happy that I started crying...

Friday, May 4

So, Emma has had a rough past few days and finally went down for a nap this morning in her car seat (she has to be upright nearly 24-7 to help manage her reflux). She has been having a hard time sleeping during the day because her reflux has been causing her so much pain.








Bailey, on the otherhand, has no trouble sleeping, particularly when she is on our bed...







Emma got a new passie which seems huge compared to her size... :)
