Balloons and Mirrors

Emma's new obsession is balloons. She loves them.









She loves them, that is, until they rise in the air, which causes her to absolutely break down. Notice that it's still attached to her and she has access to the string; she just hates it when it floats away from her hands.





We've been painting the bathroom and had to move our mirror to the floor. Emma has had tons of fun playing with her reflection.

On a lighter note, I found Tim in our office studying like this for the last of his qualifiers. He's surrounded by chips, baby toys, the remote, and a beer.

A new obsession

Emma has a new obsession...spoons. She'll go around the house with one in her mouth saying, "Poon! Poon!"

Emma thought it was really funny that I wanted to take a self-shot of the two of us. She just kept laughing and laughing whenever I put my hand out to take the picture, which of course made me laugh.
