A couple fun things

Emma has decided that she loves wearing my jewelery. Here she's sporting a lovely set of fake pearls....








Emma has also become even more fond of her floating boat, if that was possible, making it a recliner of sorts. She'll gather all her toys around her and then sit in the boat playing with them (kitchen items have additionally been a hit).

Swimmin' for UNC

My aunt Beth gave Emma this adorable UNC swimming suit for next season. We couldn't wait that long, so we went ahead and tried it out yesterday. Could she be any cuter with her "cheesy" grin?!

Emma absolutely loves watermelon and equally loves rubbing the juice all over her body...her mouth, her chest, and even her hair.

We found Emma sitting in her raft in our bedroom. Do you think she wants to go swimming?

Mom and my aunt Beth were here over the weekend. This picture was taken at the Biltmore and although the place is beautiful, this shot captures the best beauty of all... ;)

Balloons and Mirrors

Emma's new obsession is balloons. She loves them.









She loves them, that is, until they rise in the air, which causes her to absolutely break down. Notice that it's still attached to her and she has access to the string; she just hates it when it floats away from her hands.





We've been painting the bathroom and had to move our mirror to the floor. Emma has had tons of fun playing with her reflection.
