I'm a cowgirl

Lauri, Tim's sister, gave Emma an adorable cowgirl outfit for her birthday. When Emma unwrapped it, she got so excited that she wanted it on RIGHT THEN without taking off her clothes. So of course, I obliged. Thus, the t-shirt was put on over two existing layers and the jeans went on under the dress. Layering is in, right?

Emma's birthday

We have pictures from Emma's birthday! Enjoy!

Waking up on her birthday morning.

Out of all her gifts, her favorite (of course) was...

Elmo!!

Tim was able to take the day off and we went to the Durham Life and Science museum. So much fun. Here we are checking out the farm animal section of the museum.

This donkey actually plays fetch. He gives you the ball and when you throw it, he literally runs after it. Really funny.

Here, Emma's watching the butterflies being released in the butterfly pavilion.

The train ride. Love those choo choos.

Blowing out her candles. I can't believe she's two now!

Even MORE accessories

Accessorizing with Tim's gloves and hat and my shoes.

One of my favorites, making a necklace out of Tim's dirty boxers. Nice...

Emma has found an interesting way to wear my headbands. Here is the front view...

And here's the back.

The ugly green shades finally broke and here's the replacement.

Domestic Diva

Emma refused to take off her mittens and insisted on eating her corn muffin with them on.

Helping me vacuum (with her play vacuum).

Watching the laundry.

And we have the gizmo

Here are a few pictures from Adam and Lynn's.

Emma dancing.

Here's Emma and Will hanging out. We didn't get many pictures of Noah and Emma mainly because Emma kept stalking Noah which caused Noah to hide out in his room the entire time.

Tim with the little ones.

Could this kid be any cuter?!

Emma and Tim playing in the snow.

Sledding for the first time.

Snowman!

All bundled up.

Hi all! We got some great Christmas pictures thanks to a brand new camera from the Lusk household (thanks Dad and Connie!). But, we are waiting for a gizmo to arrive that will allow us to download the pictures onto our computer. So, for all of you who are anxiously awaiting, you'll have to wait a bit longer... :)
