Sorry that it's been a while since I've blogged. We've had a bit of a hard week this week so I've been a little blah. After realizing that Bailey has become too aggressive for Emma's safety and not being able to find a suitable home that could handle Bailey's old dog issues (mainly her constant vomiting), we decided to put her down. Talk about an awful
decision to make! So on Monday, our beloved dog was put to sleep. I have been so
surprised about how sad I've felt and how much I have actually cried over a silly dog. But honestly, we have been in mourning over our little companion and the loss she has left. Even Annie has been mourning, although it took her a day or two to realize that she was gone. So sad! Here is the last picture of Bailey taken with my cell phone camera.

And here's Emma taking over Bailey's perch at the front door.

I've been thinking about you alot over the past couple of days. That was a hard decision to make, but may have been a good one if your child was getting affected by Bailey's actions. God Bless you and I will continue to keep you in my prayers. Love you!
She was our beloved little Bailey for 11 years. Dad and I were also very sad as was Phil amd my mom and dad in Florida. We miss her terrible just knowing that she is not in your loving hands any longer. You were her mom, T., and I ended up being her noni. The family all have wonderful memories of her and will remember her as she was before becoming ill and irritable. A comforting thought is that now our little angel [Emma Mae] is safe! As I've told you before, "you are an awesome mother".
Love, Connie <3
I'm so sorry. I know it was hard. David was there when my parents put Charmin to sleep... and he cried. So sad to see a little companion go and have to make that decision too. Thanks for praying for us, T. I love you!!! BTW, that is so cute of her by the door. She looks so tall to me!
