Another so endearing Emma story... A couple of evenings ago Emma was "reading" out loud a card I got in the mail. She said, "Dear God. In my heart and in my soul." I, being quite dumbfounded and moved that something like that could come out of her mouth, teared up and said, "Emma! Where did you learn that?" She responded, "Hmmm...Bethlehem." No truer words were ever spoken. And then, yesterday during church I was holding her during the one of the worship songs when Em raised one of her little hands to the ceiling, spreading her fingers. She looked at me and smiled, then looked at a woman in the row in front of us. This woman was singing her heart out, raising her hand to Jesus. Monkey see, monkey do. Or should I say worshiper see, worshiper do. :)

T, You are training Emma in the way she should go, and when she is old she will not turn from it [Prov. 22:6]. You're an awesome mom!!! Love you much, Connie
Oh my gosh... not trying to quote Emma. LOL!!! Ivan learned that one from me too. :( Could be worse! LOVE the last few posts... had to catch up on "Emmaisms." She's hilarious, Tara! I love each story... you'll be so glad you wrote these down! I'd better get going on Mary... poor thing. She's got a few post it notes in her book... and not much on the blog... you've inspired me to do more! Thanks!
